last july

was the 1st time i realized peacocks could fly.
college exams were over, and it felt like hollidays. i could smell it in the air.
he had returned from rome.
i fell in love with parts of my hometown i had never seen before.
life was beautiful.

    peacocks are beautiful, aren't they? my grandpa used to keep a few peacocks in his garden a long time ago :)

    peacocks do fly. as i was taking these photos, i heard another peacock, but couldn't see him anywhere. i looked around and everyone sitting at the tables was looking up, at the trees, pointing. and there he was. a male peacock sitting in the tree. soon after that i saw a friend of his taking off from the ground to join him. and then i learned: peacocks do fly.

  7. what a lovely post! my best friend loves peacocks, she has their feathers all over her house. but i think that's supposed to be bad luck. lovely colours!

  8. These are so so gorgeous, i love peacocks but i can't get over the fact how cool it is to have peacocks roaming around while you're having a coffee or something. ahh :) i would be ecstatic and so amused!
